Zechariah Chapter 6    

¹Again I lifted up my eyes and saw, and behold, four chariots came out from between the two mountains, and the mountains were mountains of bronze.
  ²With the first chariot were red horses; with the second chariot were black horses;
  ³with the third chariot were white horses; and with the fourth chariot were dappled horses, all of them powerful.
  ⁴Then I asked the angel who talked with me, “What are these, my lord?”
 

⁵The angel answered me, “These are the four spirits of heaven that are going out after presenting themselves before the Lord of all the earth.
  ⁶The one with the black horses is going out toward the north country; and the white went out after them; and the dappled went out toward the south country.”
  ⁷When these strong ones went out, they were eager to go and walk back and forth throughout the earth. And he said, “Go around and throughout the earth!” So they walked back and forth throughout the earth.
  ⁸Then he called to me, and spoke to me, saying, “Behold, those who go toward the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.”
 

⁹The word of Yahweh came to me, saying,
  ¹⁰“Take an offering from the exiles, from Heldai, from Tobijah, and from Jedaiah, who have come from Babylon, and the same day go into the house of Josiah the son of Zephaniah.
  ¹¹Take silver and gold, and make crowns and set them on the head of Joshua the son of Jehozadak the high priest,
  ¹²and speak to him, saying, ‘This is what Yahweh of Armies says, “Look! The man whose name is the Branch. And he will branch up out of his place, and he will build the Temple of Yahweh.
  ¹³Indeed, it is he who will build the Temple of Yahweh, and he will have the glory and will sit and rule on his throne, and he will be a priest on his throne, and the counsel of peace will be between both offices.’”
  ¹⁴The other crowns will be to Helem, and to Tobijah, and to Jedaiah, and to Hen the son of Zephaniah for a reminder in the Temple of Yahweh.
  ¹⁵“Those who are far off will come and build the Temple of Yahweh, and you will know that Yahweh of Armies has sent me to you. This will happen if you will diligently obey the voice of Yahweh your God.”
