To you, O Yahweh, I lift up my soul.
O my God, I have trusted in you. Do not let me be ashamed. Do not let my enemies exult over me.
Indeed, all of those who wait for you will not be ashamed Those acting unfaithfully without reason will be ashamed.
Declare to me your ways, O Yahweh! Teach me your paths!
Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; I wait for you all day long.
O Yahweh, remember your tender mercies and your covenant faithfulness, for they are from ancient times.
Do not remember the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions. Remember me according to your covenant faithfulness, for your goodness’ sake, O Yahweh.
Yahweh is good and upright, therefore he will teach sinners in the way.
He will lead the afflicted in justice. Indeed, he will teach the afflicted his way.
All the paths of Yahweh are covenant faithfulness and truth, For those who are keeping his covenant and his laws.
For your name’s sake, O Yahweh, you forgave my iniquity, for it is great.
What is the person who fears Yahweh? He will teach him in the way that he should choose.
His soul will spend the night in well-being. And his seed will inherit the land.
The counsel of Yahweh is for those who fear him. He will show them his covenant.
My eyes are continually on Yahweh, for he will remove my feet out of the net.
Turn to me and show me favor, for I am all alone and afflicted.
The troubles of my heart have been enlarged. Oh bring me out of my distresses.
Look upon my affliction and my trouble, and take away all my sins.
Look upon my enemies, for they are many. They hate me with violent hatred.
Keep watch over my soul and deliver me. Do not let me be ashamed, for I have sought refuge in you.
May integrity and uprightness guard me, for I have waited for you.
Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
