1Praise Yah! Praise, you servants of Yahweh, praise the name of Yahweh!
2Let the name of Yahweh be blessed from this time forth and forevermore.
3From the rising of the sun to the going down of the same, the name of Yahweh is to be praised.
4Yahweh is exalted above all nations, his glory is above the heavens.
5Who is like Yahweh our God— the one sitting enthroned on high,
6stooping down to see— in the heavens and on earth?
7He raises the poor from the dust and he lifts up the needy from the ash heap,
8to seat them with princes, with the princes of his people.
9He settles the barren woman of the household as a joyful mother of children. Praise Yah!
