O Yahweh, you have taken pleasure in your land. You have restored the fortunes of Jacob.
You have forgiven the iniquity of your people. You have covered all their sin. Selah.
You have withdrawn all your anger. You have turned away from your burning anger.
Restore us, O God of our salvation, and break off your anger with us!
Will you be angry with us forever? Will you prolong your anger from generation to generation?
Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?
Show us your covenant faithfulness, O Yahweh. Yes, grant unto us your deliverance!
I will hear what the God, Yahweh, will speak, for he will speak peace to his people, yes, to his faithful ones; but let them not turn back to folly.
Surely his deliverance is near those who fear him, that glory may dwell in our land.
Covenant faithfulness and truth have met together. Righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
Truth springs out of the earth. Righteousness has looked down from heaven.
Yea, Yahweh will give what is good, and our land will yield its produce.
Righteousness will walk before him and prepares the road for his steps.
