O God, in Zion.
Yes, to you a vow will be performed.
to you all flesh will come.
3 Sinful matters have overwhelmed me,
as for our transgressions, you have covered them.
4 Blessed is one whom you choose and bring near,
that he may dwell in your courts.
We will be satisfied with the goodness of your house,
your holy temple.
5 In awesome deeds of righteousness
you answer us,
O God of our salvation;
you are the confidence of all the ends of the earth
of those who are far away on the farthest sea;
6 who by his power prepared the mountains,
having strength wrapped around your waist,
7 who stills the roaring of the seas,
the roaring of their waves,
yes, the turmoil of the peoples.
8 So those that dwell at the ends of the earth fear your signs.
You make the comings of the morning and evening shout for joy.
9 You visit the earth and cause it to overflow.
The canal of God is full of water.
for so you have prepared the earth.
10 You drench the land’s furrows. You level its ridges.
You soften it with abundant showers. You bless its growth.
11 You have crowned the year with your bounty.
Yes, your paths drip with fatness.
12 The grazing places in the wilderness drip with fatness.
The hills wrap themselves with joy.
13 The pastures are clothed with flocks.
And the valleys are covered with grain.
They shout for joy! Yes, they sing.
