“This is the law of the Nazirite who vows, and of his approach offering to Yahweh for his separation, in addition to whatever else he can provide. As required by the vow that he vowed, so he must do, in keeping with the law of his separation.”
“he can provide.” The Hebrew is more idiomatic: “whatever else his hand can reach.”
