This is what Yahweh says:
‘Behold, I will turn again the captivity of Jacob’s tents
and have compassion on his dwelling places,
and the city will be built on its own mound of ruins,
and the palace will be inhabited in its own way.
“mound of ruins.” The Hebrew is “tel,” a mound of ruins. See Deuteronomy 13:16 and Joshua 8:28.
