As the partridge that sits on eggs that she has not laid,
so is the one who gets riches,
but by injustice;
in the midst of his days they will leave him,
and in the end he will be shown to be a godless fool. Bible see other translations

“godless fool.” The Hebrew word translated “godless fool” is nabal (#05036) נָבָל), and it generally refers to a godless person, or a person who acts ungodly, who is a fool, thus in this context the translation “godless fool.” The person who gets rich by ungodly means will be shown to be a godless fool.
