“he also is wise.” Although the people of Israel did not seek Yahweh they should have, because “He too is wise.” Actually, this is an irony designed to point out the folly of not looking to or seeking Yahweh, for He alone is truly wise. If anyone lacks wisdom, let that one ask of God (James 1:3).
