The Ruler and the Feasts

“This is what the Lord Yahweh says: The gate of the inner court that looks toward the east must be shut the six working days, but on the Sabbath day it will be opened, and on the day of the new moon it will be opened.
The prince is to enter by the way of the vestibule of the gate outside, and is to stand by the jamb of the gate; and the priests will prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings, and he will worship at the threshold of the gate. Then he will go out, but the gate must not be shut until the evening.
The people of the land will worship at the entrance of that gate before Yahweh on the Sabbaths and on the new moons.

The burnt offering that the prince will offer to Yahweh is to be on the Sabbath day six lambs without blemish and a ram without blemish,
and the grain offering will be an ephah for the ram, and the grain offering for the lambs as he is able to give, and a hin of oil to an ephah.
On the day of the new moon it is to be a young bull without blemish, and six lambs, and a ram; they are to be without blemish.
And he will prepare a grain offering, an ephah for the bull, and an ephah for the ram, and for the lambs according as he is able, and a hin of oil to an ephah.
When the prince enters, he must go in by the way of the vestibule of the gate, and he must go out by its way.

But when the people of the land will come before Yahweh in the appointed feasts, he who enters by the way of the north gate to worship must go out by the way of the south gate, and he who enters by the way of the south gate must go out by the way of the north gate; he must not return by the way of the gate by which he came in, but must go out straight before him.
The prince, when they go in, will go in with them; and when they go out, he will go out.
In the feasts and in the solemnities the grain offering will be an ephah for a bull, and an ephah for a ram, and for the lambs as he is able to give, and a hin of oil to an ephah.

When the prince provides a freewill offering, a burnt offering or peace offerings as a freewill offering to Yahweh, one must open for him the gate that faces toward the east; and he is to provide his burnt offering and his peace offerings as he does on the Sabbath day. Then he will go out, and after he goes out one must shut the gate.

You must provide a lamb a year old without blemish for a burnt offering to Yahweh daily; morning by morning you are to provide it.
You must provide a grain offering with it morning by morning, the sixth part of an ephah, and the third part of a hin of oil, to moisten the fine flour; a grain offering to Yahweh continually by a perpetual ordinance.
Thus they will provide the lamb, and the grain offering, and the oil, morning by morning, for a regular burnt offering.

Transfer of Royal Property

This is what the Lord Yahweh says: If the prince gives a gift to any of his sons, it is his inheritance, it will belong to his sons; it is their possession by inheritance.
But if he gives of his inheritance a gift to one of his servants, it will be his until the year of liberty, then it will return to the prince; but as for his inheritance, it will be for his sons.
Moreover, the prince must not take of the people’s inheritance, to thrust them out of their possession. He is to give inheritance to his sons out of his own possession so that my people will not be scattered, every man from his possession.”

The Temple Kitchens

Then he brought me through the entry that was at the side of the gate into the holy rooms for the priests that faced toward the north, and behold, there was a place at the extreme western end.
He said to me, “This is the place where the priests will boil the trespass offering and the sin offering, and where they will bake the grain offering so that they do not bring them into the outer court and transmit holiness to the people.”
Then he brought me out into the outer court, and led me past the four corners of the court; and behold, in every corner of the court there was another court.
In the four corners of the court there were courts enclosed, 40 cubits long and 30 wide; these four in the corners were of the same size.
And there was a row of masonry round about the inside of them, around the inside of the four of them, and ovens were built along the bottom of the rows all the way around.
Then he said to me, “These are the boiling houses, where the ministers of the house will boil the sacrifice of the people.”
