OUTSIDE THE TABERNACLE: Making the Altar of Burnt Offering

He made the altar of burnt offering of acacia wood. It was square. Its length was five cubits,a its width was five cubits, and its height was three cubits.b
He made its horns on its four corners. Its horns were of one piece with it and he overlaid it with bronze.

He made all the utensils of the altar, the pots, the shovels, the basins, the forks, and the fire pans. He made all its utensils of bronze.
He made for the altar a grate of a network of bronze, under the ledge around it beneath reaching halfway up.
He cast four rings for the four ends of the bronze grate to be places for the poles.
He made the poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with bronze.
He put the poles into the rings on the sides of the altar with which to carry it. He made it hollow with planks of wood.

Making the Bronze Basin

He made the basin of bronze, and its base of bronze, out of the mirrors of the serving women, who served at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting.

Making the Courtyard

He made the courtyard: for the south side southward the hangings of the courtyard were of finely twisted linen, 100 cubits long;c
their pillars were 20 and their bases 20 of bronze; the hooks of the pillars and their bands were of silver.
For the north side 100 cubits, their pillars 20 and their bases 20 of bronze; the hooks of the pillars and their bands of silver.
For the west side were made hangings of 50 cubits long,d their pillars ten and their bases ten; the hooks of the pillars and their bands of silver.
For the east side eastward 50 cubits.
The hangings for the one side were 15 cubits;e their pillars three, and their bases three,
and the same for the other side. On this side and on that side, by the gate of the courtyard there were hangings of 15 cubits long;f their pillars three, and their bases three.
All the hangings around the courtyard were of finely twisted linen.
The bases for the pillars were of bronze. The hooks of the pillars and their bands were of silver, and the overlaying of their capitals of silver, and all the pillars of the courtyard were banded with silver.

The screen for the gate of the courtyard was the work of the embroiderer, of finely twisted linen of blue, purple, and scarlet. The length was 20 cubits, and the height (all the way along) was five cubits, like the curtains of the courtyard.
Their pillars were four and their bases were four, made of bronze; their hooks of silver, and the overlaying of their capitals and their bands were of silver.
All the tent pegs of the tabernacle and around the courtyard were of bronze.

Inventory of Materials

This is the amount of material used for the tabernacle, even the Tabernacle of the Testimony, as it was counted according to the commandment of Moses for the service of the Levites by the hand of Ithamar, the son of Aaron the priest.
Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur of the tribe of Judah, made everything that Yahweh commanded Moses.
With him was Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach of the tribe of Dan, an engraver and a skillful workman and an embroiderer in blue, in purple, in scarlet, and in fine linen.

All the gold that was used for the work in all the work of the sanctuary, even the gold of the offering, was 29 talents and 730 shekels,g according to the shekel of the sanctuary.
The silver of those in the congregation who were counted in the census was 100 talentsh and 1,775 shekelsi according to the shekel of the sanctuary:
a beka a head, that is, half a shekel, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for everyone who crossed over to those who were counted, from 20 years old and upward, 603,550 men.
The 100 talents of silver were for casting the bases of the sanctuary and the bases of the curtain; 100 bases for the 100 talents, a talent for each base.j
Of the 1,775 shekels he made hooks for the pillars, overlaid their capitals and made bands for them.

The bronze of the offering was 70 talentsk and 2,400 shekels.l
With this he made the bases for the entrance of the Tent of Meeting, the bronze altar, the bronze grating for it, all the utensils of the altar,
the bases around the courtyard, the bases of the gate of the courtyard, all the tent pegs of the tabernacle, and all the pegs around the courtyard.
