The Altar of Burnt Offering

1“You are to make the altar of acacia wood, five cubits long and five cubits wide.a The altar must be square, and its height must be three cubits.b
  2You are to make its horns on its four corners; its horns are to be of one piece with it, and you are to overlay it with bronze.
  3You are to make its pots to take away its ashes, its shovels, its basins, its flesh hooks and its fire pans. You are to make all its utensils of bronze.
  4You are to make a grate for it, a network of bronze, and on the net you are to make four bronze rings in its four corners.
  5You are to put it under the ledge of the altar so that the net reaches halfway up the altar.
  6You are to make poles for the altar, poles of acacia wood, and overlay them with bronze.
  7Its poles are to be put into the rings, and the poles are to be on the two sides of the altar when carrying it.
  8You are to make it hollow, out of planks. They are to make it just as it was shown you on the mountain.
 

The Courtyard

9“You are to make the courtyard of the tabernacle. For the south side there are to be hangings for the courtyard made of finely twisted linen 100 cubits longc for one side.
  10And its pillars are to be 20 and their bases 20, made of bronze. The hooks of the pillars and their bands are to be of silver.
  11Likewise for the north side in length there are to be hangings 100 cubits long,d and its pillars 20 and their bases 20, made of of bronze; the hooks of the pillars and their bands made of of silver.
  12For the width of the courtyard on the west side there are to be hangings of 50 cubits,e with their ten pillars and their ten bases.
  13On the east side, toward the sunrise, the width of the courtyard is to be 50 cubits.f
  14The hangings for the one side of the entrance are to be 15 cubits long,g with three pillars and three bases.
  15For the other side of the entrance there are to be hangings 15 cubits long,h with their three pillars and their three bases.
  16And for the gate of the courtyard there is to be a screen 20 cubits long,i made of finely twisted linen of blue and purple and scarlet, the work of the embroiderer. It is to have four pillars with their four bases.
 

17All the pillars of the courtyard are to have bands of silver. Their hooks are to be of silver, and their bases made of bronze.
  18The length of the courtyard is to be 100 cubits,j and the width 50 cubitsk everywhere, and the height is to be five cubits,l with curtains of finely twisted linen and their bases of bronze.
  19All the utensils of the tabernacle used in all its service, and all its tent pegs and all the pegs holding up the courtyard, must be of bronze.
 

The Menorah Oil

20“You are to command the children of Israel that they bring to you pure oil of pressed olives for the light so that the lamps burn continually through the night
  21in the Tent of Meeting, outside the curtain that is in front of the testimony, Aaron and his sons are to tend it from evening to morning before Yahweh. It is to be a statute forever for the children of Israel throughout their generations.
